Yusuf completed his undergraduate podiatry training in South Africa in 1992 and commenced private practice thereafter. He migrated to Australia in 1999 and worked in public health in NSW before moving to and settling on the Gold Coast in 2004. In 2010 he completed his Master of Podiatry degree.
He has extensive experience in the public sector as an Advanced Clinical Podiatrist working as a member of a multi-disciplinary high risk foot team. Yusuf has extensive experience diagnosing, managing and co-ordinating care of complex foot disease caused by diabetes and vascular disease.
Yusuf has been an invited speaker at a number of wound workshops, involved in research, continues to be a clinical tutor for undergraduate podiatry students and remains committed to ongoing self-education.
Yusuf is committed to providing high quality value based podiatric care including general podiatry, toenail surgery, musculo-skeletal conditions and orthotic therapy (Utilising 3D scanning, dispensing conventional and 3D printed orthotics)
